Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 333dd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 333dd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 333dd website located at https://333dd.io, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

By accessing the 333dd website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333dd platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 333dd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 333dd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333dd does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 333dd, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion in place, whether voluntarily requested or imposed by 333dd under Section 11 of these Terms.

333dd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the player's relationship with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 333dd platform, you must create a registered player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 333dd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 333dd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

333dd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, or at any time 333dd deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name and number)

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 333dd will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a player's failure to provide timely documentation.

3.4 Account Currency

All 333dd player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposit and withdrawal transactions will be processed in ৳ BDT. 333dd does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 333dd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• Do not share your password with any other person. 333dd will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
• Choose a strong, unique password for your 333dd account and do not reuse it across other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number where prompted by the platform.
• Notify 333dd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

333dd will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, provided that the platform has not been negligent in its own security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid will be treated as authorised by you unless you have promptly notified 333dd of a suspected breach.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333dd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by 333dd at its discretion and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction. 333dd reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 333dd account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer due to processing times at the sending financial institution. 333dd is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banks.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–6 hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods, subject to KYC verification being complete. 333dd reserves the right to impose a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for security verification purposes. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the 333dd account.

5.5 Player Funds

333dd maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operating funds. This means that your deposited balance is protected in the event of 333dd's insolvency. However, 333dd does not offer interest on player balances, and no player funds are held in interest-bearing accounts on your behalf.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

333dd offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms that are published at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

333dd actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonus credits. Players found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts may be permanently closed.

6.4 Bonus Amendments and Cancellation

333dd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after a player has already received it, any portion of the bonus that has already been wagered in compliance with the applicable terms will be honoured; any unplayed portion of the bonus may be removed from the player's account.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 333dd platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

7.1 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is determined by the RNG and is not influenced by the platform, the player's previous results, or any other external factor.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including disconnection, display errors, or server failures — 333dd will investigate the incident and, where the game result cannot be determined, may void the relevant round and return stakes to the affected players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 333dd will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of stakes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333dd platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in connection with any sporting event available for betting on 333dd
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, advantages, or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with your account, KYC process, or any bonus claim

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333dd staff or other players via any communication channel

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333dd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content, betting interfaces, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 333dd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333dd platform for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming and betting. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 333dd content without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 333dd's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 333dd.

11 Responsible Gaming

333dd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following player-protection tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 333dd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, 333dd will process the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account (subject to KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) and permanently close your account.

12.2 Termination or Suspension by 333dd

333dd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information
• 333dd reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 333dd

Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. 333dd will provide written notice of termination to the player's registered email address, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

333dd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 333dd will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform website for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 333dd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 333dd operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the platform, or any transaction between you and 333dd shall first be referred to 333dd's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being referred to support, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings. 333dd's decisions on game outcomes and bonus calculations are final, subject to demonstrable error. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed outcome on a player's device and the server-side record, the server-side record shall be the definitive record.

Players are encouraged to raise all disputes promptly. 333dd will not consider disputes raised more than 90 days after the transaction or event in question, except in cases of demonstrable fraud by 333dd.
